Yoga Therapy uses a holistic approach including the Pancamaya model to assess health and wellness at the physiological (Annamaya), energetic (Pranamaya), mental (Manomaya), personality (Vijnanamaya), and emotional (Anandamaya) levels.
Yoga therapists have over 1,000 hours of in-depth training to help them assess client's concerns and keep clients safe. I work with you to address your specific goals while considering any limitations you might be experiencing.
